You are allowed to come completely to yourself, feel alive with everything that wants to show itself at the moment and get in touch with people in a completely new way. It will be playful, exciting, humorous and certainly tingling.
On this evening you may explore your counterpart with all your senses and let every encounter have an effect on you. For example, you can feel a hand, sniff a scent, lean against the other person and finally look deep into their eyes. Everything is done in a safe environment and with guidance.
Respect and mindfulness are key. You are allowed to follow your feelings and to get involved as far as it feels right for you. Playfully and easily. In doing so, you will get to know yourself better.
