The sweat lodge is a traditional ritual that honors the ancestral lineage of our ancestors. The invocation of the four cardinal points helps to arrive at your place. The ceremony has a purifying effect on the body. Incense is burned and infusions with water make the skin sweat. The sacred space of the sweat lodge carries the symbolic power of the womb of Mother Earth. The fire, the masculine energy, transforms the desires into smoke and lets them rise into the universe. Through the contact with nature you can feel mentally relieved
The experience of being connected to everything is a spiritual gift of the great mystery.
