The Breath Fast Club provides a uniquely curated breathwork experience that encourages both inner and outer exploration through conscious breathing techniques. This transformative practice focuses on creating balance between body and mind. By engaging in purposeful and mindful breathing exercises, we can alleviate stress, elevate our energy levels, and release emotional tensions.

Immerse yourself in the world of sound. Let the hypnotizing sounds of the singing bowls carry you into another state of consciousness. All you have to do is lie down and listen.

In singing bowl meditation, you are invited to lie down, let go and immerse yourself. Let the powerful vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls permeate your whole being. Effortlessly sink into a meditative state and experience how your body deeply relaxes, your thoughts fall silent and your soul is allowed to travel.

Singing bowls have been used for centuries in Far Eastern traditions in spiritual practices and rituals. In sound therapy, singing bowls and other archaic instruments are also used for healing purposes, as our own energy field resonates with the vibration of the singing bowls and can thus be brought back into balance.

No previous experience is necessary. This course is also suitable for beginners.
