Effortlessly sink into a meditative state and experience how your body deeply relaxes, your thoughts fall silent and your soul is allowed to travel.
Singing bowls have been used for centuries in Far Eastern traditions in spiritual practices and rituals. In sound therapy, singing bowls and other archaic instruments are also used for healing purposes, as our own energy field resonates with the vibration of the singing bowls and can thus be brought back into balance.
