Incense is burned and infusions with water make the skin sweat. The sacred space of the sweat lodge carries the symbolic power of the womb of Mother Earth. The fire, the masculine energy, transforms the desires into smoke and lets them rise into the universe. Through the contact with nature you can feel mentally relieved
