A week of Ashtanga Yoga in Calabria with Mira Johanna Sattelberger and Brett Porzio – both Level-2 authorized teachers. A chance to practice in a peaceful setting, spend time by the sea, and enjoy the surroundings.
What to Expect
- Daily Mysore practice with personal guidance from Mira and Brett
- Plenty of time to rest, swim, and explore
- Optional excursions to Tropea and Sila National Park
For those interested, there will also be meditation sessions with Zofia Nyima – a Buddhist nun and yoga teacher. An opportunity to explore mindfulness and inner stillness. The retreat is open to all levels – beginners, experienced practitioners, and even family members or friends who simply want to enjoy Calabria.

- Brett Porzio (Ashtanga Level 2, SYC) – over 25 years of experience, founder of Patanjali Yoga Shala Zurich
- Mira Johanna Sattelberger (Ashtanga Level 2, SYC) – 18+ years of practice and teaching experience
- Zofia Nyima – Buddhist nun and yoga teacher with over 20 years of meditation experience
