If you have a picture of your beloved one who are on the other side of the rainbow to put on the altar, you will take it home again.
Please bring a small, self made dish for the altar, The ones who cant cook bring a healthy sharing like nuts, dried fruits.
Fire: a candle for your inner light.
Earth: symbol a stone, crystal to charge at the altar, Flowers.
Water is life: bring a small water bottle with pure water fresh from the river or a fountain
Air: choose a symbol can be a feather, your intellect loves a journal

We will create a ghost plate for the spirits of the other world. The offering for the ancient connection. For those who are fully in, we walk together to the cemetery and bring the gifts to a secret place to complete the ritual. You may as well stay at the studio and enjoy the cosy space.

RAW is a three-hour sensory experience of tasting raw cacao, creating your own chocolate and exploring what it means to be fully present with all the nuances of life.
The Workshop is inviting you to return to your senses. As the cacao is slowly melting in your mouth. Discovering its textures, delicate nuances of bitterness and sweetness. Meeting the memories, what is there.
Raw feelings, reflecting how these qualities can be found in our own lives. From tasting, we move into creating. Working with raw cacao and a selection of ingredients, each participant creates their own personal chocolate. You will take home a small box of your handmade chocolate, for the little ceremonies in daily life.
Raphaela Plangger is a visionary, a passionate cook, cacao lover and facilitator of present moments. At the heart of her work is sensory exploration through yoga and food.
She creates experiences that bring people together to cultivate awareness. Raphaelas work has a playful approach.
You may call her Rapha, her philosophy: life becomes richer, when we are more present.
