What we do together is a direct, lively form of conscious breathing work. Breathing that makes you awake, sorts and reconnects with you again. My sessions combine various techniques and always remain close to the body and honest: powerful, intense, but always grounded.
If you notice that your head is too loud, your nervous system is sending too many signals, or you are distancing yourself from yourself, this breathwork practice offers you an easy way back to yourself. You will learn to regain your inner focus, release tension and sharpen your own perception. Breath by breath, you will build a routine that supports you.
