We gather in the sound of the drum – to slow down, to breathe, to ground ourselves, and to reconnect with what truly sustains us.

Within the steady pulse of the drum, an inner space opens. Guided by its rhythm, we embark on a shamanic journey – inward, toward our wisdom, our vision, our true essence.
In this sacred circle, we meet ourselves, each other, and the living power of the Earth – clear, connected, and open.

This journey is shamanic because it is held consciously as a ritual:
Together we open and close the space, align our intention, and let the drum become a gateway between worlds – a living being that leads us from thinking to feeling, from the outer to the inner realm.

BRING YOUR DRUM
If you have a drum, bring it – it is your ally on this journey.
No skill is required. We are not drumming *for others*, but *for ourselves.*
If you do not have a drum, you can join the rhythm with a rattle or borrow a drum upon request.
