In singing bowl meditation, you are invited to lie down, let go and immerse yourself. Let the powerful vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls permeate your whole being. Singing bowls have been used for centuries in Far Eastern traditions in spiritual practices and rituals. In sound therapy, singing bowls and other archaic instruments are also used for healing purposes, as our own energy field resonates with the vibration of the singing bowls and can thus be brought back into balance.
No previous experience is necessary. This course is also suitable for beginners.

Sister Liquid Love is a collective journey exploring playfulness and the sensuality of flowing skin to skin contact using warm sunflower oil and few drops of rose essence.

However, to give you some idea of the flow of a session, we begin by getting to know each other and relax in a clothed welcome circle. As we talk about the experience we are going to share, consent, safety, how to touch in the oil.

You will then be invited to remove you’re clothes (as many as you feel comfortable removing). In a circle we will go through gentle guided breathing and body warms ups to prepare our minds and bodies before we lie down in the oil.
As warm oil is poured over the body, you will be guided through an exploration of yourself and others around you. This is a place where you can love and be loved in an impersonal and connect with your soulsisters. We encourage non-verbal communication in this part of the afternoon.
Once the guided session is over you are welcome to relax in the space as we help guide you to gently wipe off the excess oil and hot towels provided. Please note there are not shower facilities at the venue so take this into consideration for your plans for the rest of the evening once you depart – you will be well moisturised like in a Ayurveda retreat.

Shirin is an artist, relationship weaver and mother, trained in various healing modalities in the eastern and western tradition (medicine) with an eternal hunger for knowledge of all things female, both ancient and contemporary. She draws inspiration from her South Asian roots, blending it with her Swiss upbringing.
For our inaugural session, we welcome Olivia Renée, Cha Dao and Reiki practitioner.
Lead by Shirin we take a look at where we might be over giving without replenishing ourselves. We map out how to build discernment around setting boundaries and saying no gracefully to preserve our own energy.
In the second part of the workshop, well practice receiving fully through the wonderful ritual that is Cha Dao led by Olivia.

The ceremony has a purifying effect on the body. Incense is burned and infusions of water make the skin sweat. The sacred space of the sweat lodge carries the symbolic power of the womb of Mother Earth. Fire, the masculine energy, transforms desires into smoke and allows them to rise into the universe. By being in touch with nature, you can feel spiritual relief.
The experience of being connected to everything is a spiritual gift of the great mystery.
