On this date there will be a short introduction at 12:30 p.m. for people who are attending for the first time and who a13> still have no basic knowledge at all. This covers the first basics and in particular the fundamental security and consensus issues. The newbie intro is more informative and intended as an introduction to the subject. Anyone who really wants to learn bondage should attend the SHIBARI BASICS – INTRO DAY and other workshops attending. More information about tickets for the intro and for the jam can be found below.
THE BONDAGE JAM by LUHMEN D’ARC…
…works a bit like a milonga in tango. People come together to tie each other up, enjoy sessions, practise, exchange ideas or simply watch and gather first impressions and experiences. There is no fixed structure; participants are free to interact with each other in a respectful and open manner, get to know each other and tie each other up.
The studio is equipped with nine suspension points – one of which has a bamboo pole – so that suspension work can also be done. We welcome all visitors, from the curious to professionals.

… – known as Shibari or Kinbaku in Japanese – is a fascinating physical practice that offers a wide range of physical, mental and emotional experiences. Shibari has much in common with dance, with yoga and meditation, has a performative and a touching aesthetic dimension. In singing bowl meditation, you are invited to lie down, let go and immerse yourself. Let the powerful vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls permeate your whole being. Effortlessly sink into a meditative state and experience how your body deeply relaxes, your thoughts fall silent and your soul is allowed to travel.
Singing bowls have been used for centuries in Far Eastern traditions in spiritual practices and rituals. In sound therapy, singing bowls and other archaic instruments are also used for healing purposes, as our own energy field resonates with the vibration of the singing bowls and can thus be brought back into balance.
No previous experience is necessary. This course is also suitable for beginners.
