Petra is a Breathwork facilitator, spiritual mentor, music alchemist, and transformational guide. She facilitates Conscious Connected Breath (CCB), a modality that supports people in their awakening, healing, and transformation often through releasing trauma and inner child work, but not only. Petra is trained and certified Breathwork Facilitator by “Alchemy of Breath” school (400 hrs training in 2023), as well as Certified Reiki 1 and 2 Practicioner (2019 and 2022), amongst other trainings and studies.

Petra offers personalized guidance to people who are seeking meaning and growth. With her tool kit of Breathwork, Energy work, and Shamanic wisdom and practices, she will help you to reconnect with your inner self, navigate through life’s transitions, and unlock your full potential.

Can you feel me? – The tactile and haptic sensuality of our body puts us in lifelong and uninterrupted tangible connection with what surrounds us – and with ourselves. In singing bowl meditation, you are invited to lie down, let go and immerse yourself. Let the powerful vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls permeate your whole being. Effortlessly sink into a meditative state and experience how your body deeply relaxes, your thoughts fall silent and your soul is allowed to travel.

Singing bowls have been used for centuries in Far Eastern traditions in spiritual practices and rituals. In sound therapy, singing bowls and other archaic instruments are also used for healing purposes, as our own energy field resonates with the vibration of the singing bowls and can thus be brought back into balance.

No previous experience is necessary. This course is also suitable for beginners.
