SoulFlow Sessions is a series of workshops to help bring more ease and flow into your life.
This “Healing Flow” class was created as a means to explore our energetic bodies: learn to recognize our own auras, create a healing chi ball, and knowingly applying that to the body for a deep insight into how your body moves, feels and responds to the environment.

Classes are 90 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing that you can feel free to move in. We will be moving and dancing barefoot.

Cost: CHF 35.-
