An intuitive dance session is a safe, nurturing space to move, feel, express, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.Through free, instinctive movement, you will explore the deep connection between your body, emotions, and the natural rhythms of the elements.

Each session is inspired by one of the elements — Fire, Earth, Water, or Air — along with the emotions associated with each element and the parts of the body where these emotions are often stored.

There’s no choreography and no experience needed.
