What we do together is a direct, lively form of conscious breathing work. Breathing that makes you awake, sorts and reconnects with you again. My sessions combine various techniques and always remain close to the body and honest: powerful, intense, but always grounded.
If you notice that your head is too loud, your nervous system is sending too many signals, or you are distancing yourself from yourself, this breathwork practice offers you an easy way back to yourself. You will learn to regain your inner focus, release tension and sharpen your own perception. Breath by breath, you will build a routine that supports you.
Breathwork as a space to breathe, feel your body and find your centre again. Clear, powerful and suitable for everyday use.
Every tuesday from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
1 lesson CHF 40

Samira is an energetic individual who long searched for greater calm, clarity, and inner balance. Through breathwork, she found a powerful way to reconnect with herself. What began as a coincidence quickly became a deep passion: conscious breathing can profoundly transform body, mind, and emotions.
Today, she combines her many years of experience in sports with breathwork to enhance focus, recovery, and inner strength. For Samira, it is more than a method – it is a path to self-discovery and a deeper connection to what already lies within us.

– For FLINTA only – please read everything! –
However, this hasn’t always necessarily been the case at luhmen d’arc’s regular Bondage Jams, where things have often tended to follow rather conventional, heteronormative patterns – and that certainly doesn’t work for everyone.
That’s why there is the FLINTA BONDAGE JAM!
FLINTA stands for women (female), lesbians, inter, non-binary, trans and agender people. This special jam is primarily about creating a space where people who identify as FLINTA can simply be among themselves. Essentially, it’s very simple: anyone who does not identify as FLINTA is kindly asked not to attend.
Unsure whether you’re welcome?
Not quite sure what the term FLINTA means?
Get in touch with us – we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have!
The art of tying with ropes – known in Japanese as Shibari or Kinbaku – offers an impressive range of physical, mental and emotional experiences. Shibari has much in common with dance, yoga and meditation, and has both a performative dimension and a compelling aesthetic quality that can be deeply moving.
As a somatic practice, rope bondage opens up new possibilities for experiencing the body and developing self-awareness, often with transformative potential. Through the medium of rope, the person tying and the person being tied can creatively shape their ritualised encounter through empathetic communication and mutual surrender, exploring power and submission in a trusting, playful way, and experiencing deep connection and intensity.
A Bondage Jam is not a guided workshop; it works more like a tango milonga. People come together to tie with others, practise, enjoy sessions, exchange ideas or simply watch and gain their first impressions and experiences. There is no fixed structure. Participants are free to connect with one another openly and respectfully, get to know each other and tie together. We welcome everyone, from the curious to experienced & professional practitioners.
The Newbie Intro is a short introduction for people attending for the first time. It covers the basics of rope bondage, with a particular focus on fundamental safety and consent issues, as well as how the FLINTA BONDAGE JAM is designed and who it is intended for.

Immerse yourself in the world of sound. Let the hypnotizing sounds of the singing bowls carry you into another state of consciousness. All you have to do is lie down and listen.
In singing bowl meditation, you are invited to lie down, let go and immerse yourself. Let the powerful vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls permeate your whole being. Effortlessly sink into a meditative state and experience how your body deeply relaxes, your thoughts fall silent and your soul is allowed to travel.
Singing bowls have been used for centuries in Far Eastern traditions in spiritual practices and rituals. In sound therapy, singing bowls and other archaic instruments are also used for healing purposes, as our own energy field resonates with the vibration of the singing bowls and can thus be brought back into balance.
No previous experience is necessary. This course is also suitable for beginners.

Workshop creation by Raphaela
Assistant Susan
RAW is a three-hour sensory experience of tasting raw cacao, creating your own chocolate and exploring what it means to be fully present with all the nuances of life.
The Workshop is inviting you to return to your senses. As the cacao is slowly melting in your mouth. Discovering its textures, delicate nuances of bitterness and sweetness. Meeting the memories, what is there.
Raw feelings, reflecting how these qualities can be found in our own lives. From tasting, we move into creating. Working with raw cacao and a selection of ingredients, each participant creates their own personal chocolate. You will take home a small box of your handmade chocolate, for the little ceremonies in daily life.
Raphaela Plangger is a visionary, a passionate cook, cacao lover and facilitator of present moments. At the heart of her work is sensory exploration through yoga and food.
She creates experiences that bring people together to cultivate awareness. Raphaelas work has a playful approach.
You may call her Rapha, her philosophy: life becomes richer, when we are more present.
RAW invites you to taste fully

THE BONDAGE JAM by LUHMEN D’ARC…
…works a bit like a milonga in tango. People come together to tie each other up, enjoy sessions, practise, exchange ideas or simply watch and gather first impressions and experiences. There is no fixed structure; participants are free to interact with each other in a respectful and open manner, get to know each other and tie each other up.
The studio is equipped with nine suspension points – one of which has a bamboo pole – so that suspension work can also be done. We welcome all visitors, from the curious to professionals.
THE ART OF BINDING WITH ROPES…
… – known as Shibari or Kinbaku in Japanese – is a fascinating physical practice that offers a wide range of physical, mental and emotional experiences. Shibari has much in common with dance, with yoga and meditation, has a performative and a touching aesthetic dimension. An exciting form of body art that is well worth exploring!
